My Story

 Growing up in Beautiful British Columbia has been a blessing! 
So many wild animals living amongst magnificent trees, mountains, clean water and fresh air. This rawness and true beauty has guided me in life, letting me 
absorb many teachings from nature itself. 
I found that a healthy environment is another fundamental component in healing. 
From a young age, I found myself battling an autoimmune disease which helped set my
 life journey in place. Energy work, and the unseen laws of physics, has 
fuelled my curiosity since I was child but it wasn't until later in life that the 
seed blossomed into fruition to help others.

On my days off, you'll find me horsing around with my horse or my friends, in nature smelling the trees, snowboarding or biking, or simply soaking up the sun!
Oh right, and drinking Tea!
